A native of Phoenix, AZ, Steve grew up in the deserts of Cave Creek where he became interested in land development at an early age. After earning his degree in business from Arizona State University 1998, he immediately began his career in commercial real estate with Empire Commercial Real Estate.  With over two decades of experience in a wide range of transactions in the AZ real estate market including retail land sales, zoning, development and leasing, Steve has become a respected specialist in user-driven retail site-selection and development.  He has a proven track record in achieving his clients goals and objectives with strategic planning, market knowledge and well tested negotiating skills.  Steve has gained invaluable insight into successfully penetrating and expanding retail chains in the Arizona marketplace through his close relationships with national retail clients such as QuikTrip and others.
